What can I do for you

Adam is a senior associate in our commercial, IP and IT team in Manchester, with over 17 years of experience. Adam specialises in advising on contracts for the supply of goods and services, IT services supply contracts and data protection matters. He also has extensive experience of advising on public sector procurement projects, having previously worked in-house for a number of years at a passenger transport executive.

Supporting your ambitions

Adam’s in-house experience developed an ability to evaluate risk from a business perspective, taking into account organisational priorities and risk likelihood/impact. He now applies this experience to reach pragmatic solutions to legal points, and to help clients achieve their aims.

During his time at Mills & Reeve, Adam has undertaken a remote secondment in the life sciences sector. This gave Adam a fantastic insight into sector-specific requirements, and relevant commercial and legal needs.
