What can Alannah do for you?
Alannah works in the London insurance disputes team. Her main practice area involves advising insurers and insured clients on professional indemnity matters, particularly defending claims against construction professionals, including D&B contractors, architects, engineers and specialist consultants. She also has experience advising on coverage issues and acting in disputes involving property, construction, marine, energy and specie risks.

Alannah has enabled many of her clients to resolve their disputes through negotiation, mediation, adjudication and arbitration. She also has extensive experience acting for clients in High Court cases.
What else should you know?
Alannah is originally from New Zealand and is dual-qualified. Prior to moving to London in 2016, she spent four years advising insurers and insureds on coverage and defence issues under property and construction policies, particularly in relation to earthquake damage and weathertightness issues.
