Alex was a specialist employment solicitor for over eight years before to moving into Mills & Reeve's in-house risk and compliance team as a solicitor in 2024.  His work includes a broad spectrum of risk and regulatory matters across the firm.  

What else should you know

Alex is an Independent Governor at Long Road Sixth Form College, Cambridge. He's passionate about connecting people and colleagues’ professional development. 

Alex has previously been the Secretary of the Cambridge Young Professionals Group and volunteered at the ARU Law Clinic giving students first-hand exposure. He's also a member of Mills & Reeve's committee of future business leaders – ‘NextGen’.
