What can Amy do for you?

Amy works within the firm’s Commercial, Regulatory and Public Disputes sector and has notable experience in handling and advising on a range of claims, both contentious and non-contentious.  

Amy advises predominantly on issues relating to governance, constitution and risk management, in particular for the firm’s education clients, building on her litigation expertise.

Amy has diverse experience in advising arrange of clients on matters of reputational and technical importance. Building on her background in the civil litigation sector, Amy offers a pragmatic, clear and focused approach in advising and representing clients of the firm.

A particular career highlight to date is the Court of Appeal matter of which Amy successfully handled, of Wickes Building Supplies Ltd v Blair EWCA Civ 1934.
