What can I do for you

Amy is an employment solicitor, focusing on clients in the health sector.  Amy has lots of experience of defending Employment Tribunal claims, in particular unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims.  She also advises employers on a wide range of issues, from managing disciplinary and grievance processes to drafting policies and settlement agreements.

Amy understands that each employment relationship requires a tailored approach.  She uses her knowledge and experience to achieve her clients’ objectives, whether that be success in the Employment Tribunal or de-escalating potential disputes.
