As a solicitor specialising in mergers and acquisitions and venture capital, Andra advises businesses, investors, and founders throughout the full lifecycle of corporate transactions. Her work involves structuring, negotiating, and executing acquisitions, disposals, investments, and re-organisations, ensuring that clients achieve their strategic and commercial objectives while effectively managing legal risk. She supports growth companies and institutional investors on venture capital financings, from early‑stage seed rounds to later‑stage investments.

In her M&A practice, she assists clients with all aspects of transactions, including preparation, due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and project management. She works collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines to deliver transactions efficiently and smoothly.
