Andrew is an associate within the insurance dispute team. His work involves defending and resolving claims against a range of professionals, including solicitors, barristers, brokers and construction professionals.
Andrew is regularly instructed directly by insured clients to recover outstanding fees. He also has experience representing clients facing complaints to professional regulators and the Legal and Financial ombudsman service.
