What can I do for you

Andy is a senior banking and finance lawyer and leads the firm’s London banking and finance practice. He has many years’ experience advising lenders and borrowers on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, across the UK, Europe, North America, Africa and the Middle East.

Andy works with some of the world’s leading financial institutions and his client list includes global banks, debt funds, alternative lenders, corporate borrowers, real estate investors and developers, listed and private funds and private equity investors.

Andy has a broad range of experience in real estate finance, general corporate lending and borrowing, acquisition finance, trade finance and debt restructuring and supports clients in the real estate investment, venture debt, healthcare, tech, and life sciences sectors.

Andy enjoys helping clients structure and close complex transactions in a collaborative way, always making sure to balance commercial objectives and legal risk.
