Anthony is an associate in the corporate team. He has a broad practice including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and providing corporate advice to family-owned businesses. 

Supporting your ambitions

Anthony has worked on transactions across a breadth of sectors, including:

  • Health and care – the sale of Vita Health Group to Spire Healthcare Group Plc
  • Private equity – BGF’s exit from Monodraught Limited following its acquisition by Genuit Group, and Gresham House Ventures’ investment into Greenwoods
  • Charity – providing pro bono advice to local breast cancer charity Little Lifts
  • Private wealth – advising family-owned farming businesses on corporate aspects of estate and future planning

What else should you know

Anthony is an active member of the Norwich office’s Charity and Sports and Social Committees, and a keen (if not able) member of the five-a-side football team. Outside of work, he is a big rugby and football fan and has a soft spot for the theatre.
