What can Barry do for you?
Barry joined the construction team in London in June 2022. He's advised on construction law for over 10 years.
Barry advises clients on a range of projects and has considerable experience of JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts.
He acts for a number of asset investment funders on large scale commercial projects in new construction and re-development, and also within the commercial and residential sectors.
Barry has a particular interest in, and is a keen supporter of, modern methods of construction and green energy projects.
Supporting your ambitions
Barry's recently been instrumental in providing an investor client with construction legal advice on a complex, high value and high profile commercial/retail development in the South of England.
He's also assisted a commercial developer in the re-development of a number of sites in London.
What else should you know?
Barry's a South African qualified construction lawyer and is qualifying in England. He's fluent in Afrikaans and has a basic understanding of Dutch and Flemish.
Barry's a member of the Society of Construction Law.
