What can I do for you

Ben is an associate working in our London and Cambridge employment teams. Ben advises commercial and higher education clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious issues: from representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings and negotiating settlement agreements to advising on a range of technical employment queries (including TUPE, collective redundancies, grievances, disciplinary matters and employee/worker rights).
