Bethany is an associate in our banking and finance team, acting for lenders and borrowers across a wide range of financing transactions.  In addition to advising banks, debt funds, alternative non-bank lenders and corporate borrowers, Bethany also has experience in advising public sector and not-for-profit clients on traditional bank facilities, private placements and security arrangements.
