Beverley is a specialist planning lawyer and spends most of her time advising on exciting large scale development schemes like new communities and garden villages. She acts for developers, local planning authorities and landowners and her work includes reviewing planning application material, negotiating s106 agreements and advising on planning strategy. 

Supporting your ambitions

A good example of how Beverley has helped clients achieve their ambitions was the completion of the s106 agreement (so releasing the grant of planning permission) for 6,200 homes at Radio Station Rugby (now Houlton) in only 4 months from committee. The approach we adopt is to work alongside the professional team so that the legal input is understood and worked on early - which speeds up the overall process.
