Bradley is an Associate in the Corporate team who advises on a variety of corporate matters across a variety of sectors, specialising in share acquisitions and disposals, business asset transfers, management buyouts, venture capital investments, reorganisations as well as general shareholder and company governance matters.

Supporting your ambitions

Bradley has experience in dealing with a number of large corporate transactions as well as smaller owner-managed companies. He supports clients with local, national and international business interests and appreciates the concerns that are important to each client to address these in providing bespoke advice.

What else should you know

Outside of work, Bradley has a keen interest in keeping active at the gym and playing sports including rugby, paintball and golf.
