Brett is a highly regarded partner in our Family team. He provides expert advice across the whole spectrum of family law including divorce, financial matters, cohabitation and private law children issues (where a child shall live, contact arrangements and schooling matters).
He has a particular focus on complex, financial disputes arising on divorce/separation, often with international/cross border matters. Many of his cases involve issues around the valuation and sharing of businesses, pensions, properties, carried interests and trusts.
Brett also works closely with our private wealth team advising clients on wealth preservation and drafting both pre and post nuptial agreements.
