Caitlin Mayers

Caitlin is a paralegal based in our Cambridge office. She is a member of the firm’s venture capital and investments team.

She specialises in assisting the team working with a number of early stage venture capital funds and business angel groups on their portfolio investments in fast growth often disruptive businesses in a number of sectors. She assists the team on advising on early and growth stage businesses, university spin-outs and start-ups, advising on their set ups and investment rounds, raising funds through equity or debt financing including convertible loans. She also supports the wider corporate team.
