Caitlin is an Associate in the Corporate team at Mills & Reeve, based in the Cambridge office. She advises on a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, and group reorganisations. Caitlin has a particular focus on venture capital investment, where she advises a range of entrepreneurial and fast growth start-ups, spin-outs and scale ups on their set ups, investment readiness and fundraisings from pre-seed and seed through to late stage Series A, B, C and beyond.

Caitlin's work spans multiple sectors, with particular experience supporting fast-growing businesses and investors in the technology and life sciences industries.

Caitlin has strong interest in driving innovation within the firm by exploring and developing the use of new technologies. She is part of the Corporate and Commercial Innovation Squad and is particularly keen on identifying tools and processes that enhance efficiency, improve client service, and support collaboration across teams.

When Caitlin is not advising clients, she enjoys exploring Cambridge’s food scene and keeping active outdoors.
