Charlotte has:
- Advised a New York Stock Exchange listed client on a simultaneous acquisition, reorganisation and sale of a UK healthcare portfolio, working alongside Julian and other principal associate to lead a team over nearly 100 lawyers in a number of distinct but inter-dependant workstreams.
- Advised Four Seasons Health Care Group, one of the UK’s big four/largest care home providers on a major disposal programme. This included the sale of 11 Scottish care homes in April 2025 as part of the £241m sale of the business and assets of the group’s high-performing freehold care homes across England, Scotland and Jersey. The disposal programme represents probably the most high profile single corporate project in the UK’s health & care sector in 2024, if not in recent years. Mills & Reeve has advised the group since 2022 on numerous care home sales from its extensive national portfolio as part of its comprehensive restructuring process.
- Advised ambitious dental group Riverdale Healthcare in its acquisition of 18 practices and a laboratory from Hanji Dental Care.
