What can Chris do for you?

Chris is a litigation specialist within our insurance disputes practise. He resolves complex and high value injury claims. Chris also protects businesses and individuals facing investigation by the police or Health and Safety Executive.

Supporting your ambitions

Chris's legal expertise have helped clients secure discontinuance of unmeritorious claims without putting those clients to the cost and time of a full blown trial. In other instances Chris has worked together with the client to pursue their litigation to that final hearing, striking the claim out and securing the return of the costs incurred. In a regulatory context Chris's advice and assistance in dealing with large-scale police investigation of fatal accidents has enabled senior managers to co-operate with those enquiries where in their interests to do so but see no further action taken against them at conclusion.

What do others say?

"Chris’s personal input has been most keenly felt in helping us to defend high value claims. He has closely advised our in-house team members as well as providing strong support and communication across the other stakeholders involved in all aspects of our insurance programme."

Darren Hill, Head of Claims United Utilities Legal Department

What else should you know?

Chris is prepared to go to great lengths for the people who matter. He took a six day round-trip to New Zealand to help his sister celebrate a major birthday. The jet lag has just about worn off.
