His work includes working together with institutional investors on high value commercial leasing, acquisitions and disposals of multi-let investment properties and helping education clients make the best use of the property assets to achieve their strategic development objectives.

Advising the University of Cambridge on its proposals for the Old Press/ Mill Lane site. A compelling project and once in a generation opportunity to be involved in reshaping and regenerating the heart of Cambridge. 

Working together with St John's College Cambridge to secure full occupancy of the Maurice Wilkes Building a new grade "A" office development on the St John’s Innovation Park which occupies a prime position in the Northern Cluster of Cambridge.

Acting for Railway Pensions Nominees Limited on a series of disposals of office and retail spaces.
