Chris is a real estate specialist. He has experience across a wide range of investment, development and asset management work with a particular interest in deals that take place at the interface between public and private sector organisations. He acts for clients including Oxbridge colleges, funds, NHS Trusts, central government departments and property developers.

Chris's broad experience allows him to understand all the moving parts of the deal, for example, in complex mixed use developments, which often involve different asset classes or where a client wishes to hold a property for investment in the short to medium term with a long term intention to redevelop. His experience in advising both public and private sector entities, means that he is well placed to advise on collaborative projects which cross over the interface between the public and private sectors, understanding the priorities of different types of client and finding ways to bridge any gaps.
