Claire advises on probate issues, lasting powers of attorney and enduring powers of attorney.

Within the team, Claire specialises in making and registering lasting powers of attorney and registering enduring powers of attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian.

Supporting your ambitions

Claire is part of a probate team that understands clients’ needs and works with them to make the administration process as smooth as possible. Claire’s work includes dealing with the day-to-day administration of estates and she has dealt with over 30 probates and assists colleagues with probate matters. Probate work accounts for 45 per cent of her time.

Claire registers EPAs and can advise attorneys when it is the right time to register and guide them through the process. This often reassures attorneys and it is a weight off their minds.
