What can I do for you

Claire is a principal associate in the insurance disputes team with 20 years' experience in the London insurance market. Claire specialises in defending claims against all types of financial professional and lawyers. She has a particular interest in pensions and trust related claims. Claire also advises insurers in relation to policy coverage, including in relation to D&O and reinsurance.

Claire enjoys the challenge of complex and technical matters. She is a clear thinker who makes complex legal arguments appear simple and is good at getting her point across calmly and diplomatically.

Claire recognises that different clients have different objectives, whether that be resolving a claim commercially or protecting a client's reputation or a relationship with the claimant or a third party, and will work with you to resolve your dispute whether in court, through informal negotiations or at mediation.
