Dan is an Associate within the Insurance Disputes team in Manchester with a focus on professional indemnity work and a particular interest in lawyers' liability and disciplinary matters.

Dan recently worked closely with Manchester Partner, Ben Hardiman, to secure a strike out and full costs order against a Claimant in a broker negligence matter with a claimed value of £2Mil.

Dan lives in Liverpool and is a longstanding member of the Merseyside Junior Lawyers Division (MJLD) having sat on its committee for the past three years.

Dan has also arranged events for the MJLD including its annual ball and thoroughly enjoys events planning and making a great social event come together.
