Danny is a real estate lawyer with over 10 years of experience in tier one practices. He has extensive experience working for a broad range of clients in a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on distressed real estate, real estate finance, general asset management and development.
Danny has acted on behalf of a number of administrators and liquidators appointed over large retailers and been instructed to deal with the various issues arising on the respective real estate portfolios. He's also acted on behalf of the trustees of a substantial settlement, dealing with acquisition and disposal of properties in the retail, office and industrial sectors. He was instructed on the refinancing of two different large property portfolios with a UK clearing bank. Danny has also acted on behalf of a government housing and regeneration agency on development financing arrangements.
