She works closely with clients to structure, negotiate and deliver their investment and asset management strategies. She supports clients throughout the full lifecycle of real estate assets, from site acquisition and development through to ongoing asset management and eventual disposal. Danielle’s experience spans the core asset classes, with a particular focus on industrial and logistics, office and retail assets.

This insight enables her to deliver pragmatic, results focused advice aligned with each client’s priorities. Her recent work includes advising on the acquisition and subsequent disposal of an industrial site in Park Royal for £48 million and leading the £58 million disposal of a landmark freehold investment in London’s West End.
