Danni advises employers across a range of sectors, helping with queries on a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. Working in partnership with national and international businesses and public sector clients, Danni seeks to develop strategic and commercial solutions. This includes drafting settlement agreements, advising on the formulation and implementation of workplace policies, redundancies, TUPE and management of high-risk exits. Danni has a strong track record in defending claims brought in the Employment Tribunal and has litigation experience in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

Since qualifying into the employment team in 2018, Danni seeks to provide pragmatic solutions based on clients' individual objectives, appreciating the unique approach each client takes to risk and employee engagement. Danni demonstrates not only technical intelligence, but emotional intelligence in assisting her clients to achieve their desired outcome. This is demonstrated through her management of various Employment Tribunal claims for a range of clients, including all stages of the Employment Tribunal process, such as drafting the ET3 Response, issuing counter-claims, drafting applications to the Employment Tribunal, disclosure, witness statements and settlement negotiations.

What else should you know
Danni is a member of the Mills & Reeve Women’s Rowing crew, who had a hugely successful year winning “blades” in the Cambridge Town Bumps 2018. In her spare time, Danni likes to keep active and enjoys playing netball for her local club and running.
