David is a technology solicitor working in our commercial, IP and IT team in Manchester. David specialises in commercial contracts across different sectors that involve IT services, software licensing, or other technology. He also advises clients on data protection issues, UK GDPR compliance, and intellectual property.

David has extensive experience supporting clients in both the private and public sectors with the negotiation of software-as-a-service (SaaS) contracts and complex IT outsourcing projects.
