What can I do for you

David is a specialist employment solicitor with over 25 years of experience and is a consultant in the employment team. His expertise is based on dealing with litigation matters, with a particular interest in Equality Act issues. David regularly advises on day to day matters affecting employers and has considerable experience in providing training on emerging issues.

David recognises the need to understand your business and sector so that relevant solutions can be devised and implemented with you. As a firm, we know that situations are unique, and therefore flexibility and creative thinking are often required. A good outcome is one that provides a practical and long term solution.

Previously, David was a teacher, and is committed to providing relevant training to clients, to ensure compliance with current legislation and to prepare clients for any forthcoming changes. David has taught employment law at the University of Northumbria.
