What can I do for you
David acts across a wide breadth of corporate real estate matters with a specific focus on the property aspects associated with large scale corporate and procurement projects. David has three focus areas - corporate support (for merger & acquisition deals), corporate occupiers (advising corporate clients on their premises and operational real estate requirements) and corporate real estate consultancy (working with professional services firms to provide structuring advice and transaction support). As part of the region's leading property team, David receives regular instructions on multi-site acquisitions and disposals and his approach is underpinned by significant experience in advising clients on the commercial risk profile associated with property portfolios.
Supporting your ambitions
One of David's recent highlights has involved leading the property relationship with a national corporate veterinary acquirer in supporting its highly ambitous, multi-million pound volume acquisition strategy. The approach of the real estate team has allowed the client to focus on the material transactional issues. This combined with additional support provided by the teams experience and judgment have ensured that the mutuals of risk and timing have been balanced to achieve the client's desired results in an exceptionally short timeframe.
What do others say
David has recently led on structuring the property aspects of the future operating model for NHS procurement and the lead lawyer at the government legal department remarked that "David was brilliant to work with and his input was really valuable".
