What can I do for you

Deborah specialises in development projects and commercial contracts, with a particular interest in development financing. Her work spans real estate development and collaboration projects, public/private sector partnering agreements (including PPP and PFI) and large-scale equipment and/or service outsourcing contracts. Deborah advises both public and private sector clients in a variety of sectors including defence, health and student accommodation.

Supporting your ambitions

Deborah recently worked with student accommodation provider Uliving to achieve completion of its student accommodation project at the University of Gloucestershire. The project was the first of its kind to raise senior debt through a wrapped publicly listed bond which was guaranteed by the Infrastructure and Projects Authority. This project followed Deborah’s previous work on Uliving’s accommodation schemes at the University of Essex and the University of Hertfordshire.
