What can I do for you

Della specialises in the resolution of construction and engineering related disputes.

Her experience spans several years of working for clients, including employers, contractors and subcontractors, in relation to disputes concerning a number of issues, including defective works, delay and payment.

Della is familiar with the standard forms of construction contract, including JCT, NEC and MF/1, and has experience of formal dispute resolution methods including adjudication, litigation and arbitration.

Supporting your ambitions

Della understands that each client has different goals and priorities, and works with clients from the outset in order to fully understand the nature, extent and complexities of the particular issues in contention.

Not all disputes have to be result in legal proceedings, and Della has assisted many clients to resolve their differences with others by way of pre-action engagement. If resolution of disputes by way of pre-action engagement is not possible, she guides and supports clients through the relevant proceedings.
