Dona specialises in investment funds. She enjoys helping firms, government departments, charities, universities, and others establish, manage, and invest in funds. From setting up an innovative structure, to solving a problem for a manager, to advising an investor on a fund's terms, Dona is passionate about helping clients create innovative structures or engage in emerging finance opportunities.
Supporting your ambitions
Dona recently helped IQ Capital Partners establish their third venture capital fund, the IQ Capital Fund III, a £125m venture capital fund investing in deeptech. Dona worked closely with the fund manager to develop the fund's unique multi-fund structure, the first of its kind, comprising two limited partnerships interconnected with a transparent nominee fund to offer equal but tailored investment opportunities to a range of investors. This was a perfect opportunity to combine a deep understanding of a variety of fund structures, willingness to push the envelope, and ability to help the client realise its vision.

Dona has a keen interest in emerging finance, from crowdfunding (she guest lectured at the first World Crowdfunding Conference in Guiyang, China) to blockchain and cryptoassets (most recently publishing an article in Charity Finance).
