Ed is a specialist healthcare lawyer, acting for NHS Trusts, ICBs and other healthcare organisations. Ed frequently acts in Court of Protection matters relating to challenges to deprivation of liberty authorisations, as well as in welfare and medical treatment cases. Ed also has extensive experience representing clients in inquests, as well as providing advice around commissioning disputes and judicial reviews.
