Ed's a specialist construction lawyer with nearly 20 years' experience in the field. He has particular expertise in complex transactions, especially in the areas of senior living, distribution, residential and regeneration. He's familiar with all of the major construction standard forms, including JCT, NEC, FIDIC, MF/1 and IChemE.

Ed’s first experience of construction came when he worked with a local builder on residential extensions during his university holidays. He still sees many of the same problems arising, albeit generally on a larger scale!
