What can I do for you

Ellie specialises in advising clients in relation to Wills, estate planning, business succession and their personal tax position. She acts for individuals and families, in particular clients with business interests or agricultural assets. Ellie advises on tax efficient Wills and trusts, and has particular expertise in incorporating both onshore and offshore Family Investment Companies (FICs). 

Supporting your ambitions

Ellie regularly helps clients to achieve their often complex ambitions in relation to estate planning. She combines technical legal and tax knowledge to provide well rounded advice that supports clients’ aims in relation to long term estate planning strategies. These often involve lifetime gifts, managing succession, and protecting assets for the next generation and beyond. Many of Ellie’s clients are business owners, and her ability to provide effective but commercial advice helps clients to find the most appropriate ways to structure both their personal and business assets for long term protection.
