He has advised businesses on proposed terminations, holiday pay and National Minimum Wage issues, and has supported employers through restructuring and reorganisation processes, including redundancy consultation. Elliott also advises on restrictive covenant enforceability, employee and worker status, capability procedures for employees on long term sick leave, and settlement agreement processes.
On the non-contentious side, Elliott has experience in reviewing and drafting employment contracts, policies and handbooks, delivering sexual harassment training, and conducting employee due diligence during corporate share sales.
