What can I do for you

Emma is a partner in the corporate law team, supporting clients on a wide range of general corporate work, with particular expertise in acting for listed companies. Emma has advised on IPOs, public takeovers and equity fundraisings, as well as private M&A and corporate restructurings. Emma regularly advises listed clients on issues relating to the listing rules, AIM rules, disclosure rules, prospectus regulation rules, takeover code and market abuse regulation, as well as general company law and corporate governance issues.

  • advising on the AIM IPO of Nexus Infrastructure plc, a leading provider of essential infrastructure services to the UK housebuilding and commercial sectors
  • advising on the AIM IPO of Skillcast Group plc, a leading provider of compliance e-learning software and content subscriptions and related professional services
  • advising AIM-quoted Eckoh plc, a global leader in customer engagement data security, on the recommended acquisition by private equity group Bridgepoint. The acquisition valued Eckoh at approximately £169.3 million
