Eric helps clients resolve commercial disputes.  He is experienced at handling complex, high value, often cross-border litigation for corporates, business owners, higher education institutions and government agencies.  He has particular experience in the technology and insurance sectors.

Eric leads Mills & Reeve's London based commercial disputes practice and would be pleased to explain how the firm's commercial and cost effective approach could benefit you.
