As a dual qualified solicitor and barrister in the Casualty Insurance practice, Felicity has a broad Defendant person injury practice in which she handles a variety of matters with a case load consisting of mostly industrial disease claims.

Felicity's specialism lies with industrial disease-related personal injury claims and her practice includes noise-induced hearing loss, vibration white finger claims and all asbestos-related diseases. Felicity also handles carpal tunnel syndrome, repetitive strain injury and industrial asthma/lung disease/dermatitis claims. She works closely with insurers, brokers, policyholders or self-insured corporate businesses. Felicity notifies insurers, co-ordinates between multiple employers/insurers and deals with all apportionment issues. If not all insurers can be traced, she provides full insurance archaeological investigation facilities. Felicity has worked in a variety of sectors including energy, construction, manufacturing, food, petroleum, transport and heavy industry.
