Felicity provides professional support to the lawyers in the commercial sector. She does this by researching developments in law and policy, facilitating training and developing knowledge resources. Felicity has a particular interest in intellectual property law and the education sector, reflecting her background as an IP lawyer and legal educator.

Having previously worked in the legal education sector, Felicity strongly believes in sharing knowledge. Whether with clients, potential clients, intermediaries, or those new to the commercial sector. Disseminating know-how helps ensure our lawyers are always up to date and so can give accurate, tailored advice to help our clients manage their business needs.
What else should you know?
Felicity practised as a solicitor, specialising in intellectual property, for a number of years before moving into legal education. She has taught on a number of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, as well as coaching and mentoring those entering the legal profession. Felicity is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
