What can I do for you

Fintan is a Trainee Solicitor sat within the Real Estate Disputes Team. He joined Mills & Reeve's Birmingham Office in September 2024, having previously worked within the firm's marketing team as a Marketing Assistant and a Client Care Advisor.

Fintan supports commercial landlords and tenants on a variety of contentious property matters including contested and uncontested lease renewals, trespass, boundary disputes, adverse possession, recovering arrears and forfeiture.

Fintan also assists the team's leading business rates practice and has written articles in this area.

What else should you know

Fintan spends most of his spare time watching Coventry City FC and has been a season ticket holder from a young age. More recently, Fintan has become a keen runner thanks to his local Parkrun.
