Fiona advises a variety of public and private sector clients on all aspects of planning, highways and compulsory purchase law. 

She has particular energy and infrastructure expertise, including in the promotion of Development Consent Orders and Compulsory Purchase Orders for major and nationally significant infrastructure and regeneration schemes, and in the determination of the compensation payable to those affected by them.

Fiona has considerable experience and expertise in the energy and infrastructure and real estate sectors, having advised on some of the UK’s most notable infrastructure and regeneration projects. 

She is well-known for providing technically accurate, practical and commercially savvy advice to those promoting major regeneration and infrastructure schemes, as well as those affected by them. 

In addition to her legal knowledge and expertise, Fiona has developed strong leadership and project management skills, enabling her to deftly manage large multi-disciplinary client and consultant teams, building a rapport with, and engendering an excellent team-sprit amongst team members.
