Cesca is a solicitor in the construction team at Mills & Reeve's Cambridge office.  

She works on a variety of issues from inception to completion of construction and engineering projects. She has experience supporting all levels of the team, particularly drafting complex constructions documents for the development and refurbishment of residential and commercial units.
