What can I do for you

Freya is a transactional construction lawyer who advises on a wide range of construction documentation, including building contracts, professional appointments, novations, collateral warranties, variations, deeds of assignment and letters of reliance. She has particular experience with the JCT suite of contracts and has acted for developers, landlords, tenants, funders and consultants on complex projects, providing clear and commercially focused advice on risk allocation throughout the project lifecycle.

Supporting your ambitions

Freya has spent time working in‑house during a client secondment in the automotive industry, giving her a deeper understanding of the pressures, priorities and risks that shape clients’ day‑to‑day decision‑making. This insight enables her to provide advice that is both commercially informed and aligned with clients’ operational realities.
