What can I do for you

I'm a senior business lawyer with specialist interest in healthtech solutions. I love working with businesses that improve health and social care outcomes and empower people.

I help businesses achieve their growth plans through innovative collaborations, protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights, grant funding agreements, and trading terms and conditions with customers and suppliers including universities and the NHS.

I really enjoy understanding and helping to shape clients' strategies, working as part of their team. I have helped clients secure grant and VC funding, acquire IP and protect and commercialise their IP, bring innovative services to market, collect valuable data in a way that supports people to achieve the best health outcomes, contribute to research, forge valuable collaborations and partnerships and act as their virtual general counsel and support their own general counsel.

I enjoy cross border work and have recently helped USA, Swiss and Indian companies establish in the UK.
I've been lucky enough to have gained some fantastic experience on long term secondments, including the Department of Health, RAC PLC, BP PLC and a Swedish engineering company.
I've held Board positions in the health care and legal sectors and am always interested in NED opportunities.
