Gemma is an associate solicitor in the Manchester real estate team. She works on a wide range of property transactions, including sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work (including asset management) and providing support on corporate acquisitions and disposals. Gemma also has experience in real estate finance and pension work, and she has particular expertise in the private healthcare and investment sectors.

She has advised on multiple high value transactions nationally and her experience includes dealing with the multi-million pound acquisition and financing of a portfolio of care homes in London and elsewhere in the UK, as well as a leading role in the acquisition of a business operating in the dental industry, achieving completion within a tight timeframe and project managing as primary client contact, working alongside solicitors in Scotland and Northern Ireland.
What else should you know
Gemma has recently relocated to Manchester from the South West, but her previous role involved advising investors, developers and owner occupiers from across the country.
In her free time, she loves playing tennis, cooking and spending time with her family (including her twin sister and niece and nephew).
