Giverny is a senior associate in the national insurance disputes team at Mills & Reeve. She specialises in defending professional indemnity claims brought against solicitors, accountants, barristers, architects and brokers. 

Giverny is a member of Mills & Reeve's national accountants team which has a wealth of knowledge in defending claims brought against accountants. Giverny also has a specific interest in handling litigation which evolves from sporting disputes (and in particular equine related disputes).

Giverny works closely with her clients to ensure that their objectives and ambitions are achieved in a timely and cost-effective manner. She combines her legal expertise with understanding her client's business aims and their particular requirements. This assists her in taking a sensible, tactical and commercial approach to defending their claim.

What else should you know

Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Giverny competed in dressage and represented England at a Home International in Scotland. She now enjoys taking part in high intensity training and long walks with her american cocker spaniel, Diesel.
