Hannah is a Principal Associate in the Real Estate team in Manchester. She has over 12 years experience acting for developers, investors, landowners and occupiers. Hannah works in a number of sectors including logistics, retail and strategic land. Hannah also acts for public sector bodies both in respect of development/infrastructure schemes, on the funding and any patient capital investment aspects of such schemes.

Hannah has led on a number of acquisitions, both on the real estate elements of corporate acquisitions and on investment schemes which have required quick exchanges. Such deals involve working closely with a team of lawyers across multi disciplines to ensure delivery of the project.
