Jo's practice is focussed on corporate real estate transactions.  She deals with large-scale acquisitions and disposals, co-investment structures, the reconfiguration of property portfolios and sizeable development projects. 

Jo advises property investment funds, pension funds, property companies and developers across a range of sectors including mainstream investment and alternative assets.

Supporting your ambitions

Jo supports clients to deliver successfully on significant projects, aiming to work intrinsically with the client's own team. 

Highlights include recently leading a team on the corporate acquisition of a property portfolio by an investment fund client via an offshore structure, and undertaking property due diligence on the acquisition of a portfolio of 15 hotels and its subsequent reorganisation.
