Jody specialises in resolving complex disputes across the construction, engineering, energy and infrastructure sectors, bringing over 20 years’ experience acting for parties in adjudication, arbitration, litigation and all major forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Alongside dispute resolution, Jody regularly helps clients avoid disputes altogether, working closely with project teams to manage risk, change and distressed situations on live projects.
Jody routinely advises private and public sector employers, developers, main contractors and specialist sub-contractors on a wide variety of disputes, including:
